Tracked item - delivery between 15.20 hrs - 19.20 hrs.
Received phone call at 16.50 hrs from the delivery driver quote ' we have your TV but we are NOT qualified to install it '.
Waiting for phone call tonight, tomorrow, next month, next year for delivery and installation !
