Where do I start, I was ripped of from the start when I tried to enter the voucher code to save an extra £40 I was not accepted so I went back online the next day and it had been removed. There was nothing online to advise that the oven was out of stock. One week later I phoned knowhow and this when they advised it was out of stock, I was told that there was 50 ovens coming in the following Monday but there was over 100 orders for the product and I would have to wait and see if I would get one from this batch. I asked when the next shipment was arriving and was informed the end of the month. I told the customer service lady I can't wait that long and she found it most amusing and laughed at me.
I was lucky and received an oven from the first batch. Getting a text at 7:05 the morning of the delivery gave me no time to sort time off work there was no way I was booking a day off work. After looking at the reviews it looked like the driver calls 20 minutes before and I thought this was greate as I only work 15 minutes away. The driver did phone but it was when he was 5 minutes away, I asked if he would wait and his first answer was No, the he changed him mind and waited for me to arrive which I did apparently but when I got home I was faced with a sarcastic attitude.
I have bee asked to send feedback and I was asked if I would be happy if someone called me, guess what no one has ever phoned me. They then had the nerve to send me another feedback questionnaire I filled it out and they sent it to me again and again.
