Purchased a fridge freezer at £530 and arranged delivery for Tuesday ( know how contacted me and stated it will be delivered between 4 and 8pm)
So 8pm and no delivery and after talking to a computer for 15 mins I'm told that the item was damaged in the depot and they couldn't deliver for this reason.
No contact whatsoever to explain this : please note the wagons are loaded in the morning AM . This company takes no responsibility for thier utter lack of professionalism or customer service.
Will never buy from here again and all it would have taken was a message or a phone call.
By the way I received no apology when I called either all I got was "well we couldn't deliver it like that could we" . They completely miss the point and I look forward to the day when I see currys on the news for the same reasons as BHS and Woolworths because with completion out thier on the net they will go bust
