Spent £1800 in store had a on going problem with a sony Bluetooth home cinema system which is reoccurring.
Rang tech people reset system but keeps reoccurring
Rang customer services told to take system to local store which is a big ask , a lot of stuff. Work shifts in emergency services took it in to be told guarantee had run out at midnight. Great service not. Glad I don't say that at a fire. Will never buy from again & will encourage everyone who will listen not to either. Terrible customer service. Take the money and run
