The company that was supposed to deliver the microwave from Currys didn't. They said no one was home and they had put a card through the door. We stayed home all day and there was no card. I cancelled the order as I was not about to wait in for another no deliver. The customer service people at Currys were brilliant. They were genuinely apologetic. Ok things went wrong, but Currys took me seriously and have sent a lovely email saying they are sorry. That is worth 5 stars in my book.
