Ordered a graphite grey washing machine and the KNOW HOW TEAM TURNED UP with a white one. No apologies or goodwill gesture offered.
Too bad we filmed them bringing the wrong machine so will make all other customers aware of this.
Currys Pcworld should be ashamed to treat customers like this.
