Pontypridd manager Kath needs to go on a customer care course. As a manager she was not helpful ,instead I had ignorance did not want to know issues that we had. Kath the manager was informing customers on phone she can't speak as the store was very busy, much too my amusement there was only myself and husband. What has happened to customer care at currys ????
