The freezer is smaller than in the online description, on delivery they refused to take it away, customer service didn't want to know, will be a week before it's collected, driver lied saying
we could use it but the returns policy says if you do it's not new so refund is affected. Will take another week to process the refund. They said they would compensate for the loss frozen food, but that has to be done after the refund, so more delay, the drivers refused to return, so they have kept my old freezer so now we have nothing to use. No-one cares, tottaly chaotic company, don't believe anything they say.
