I asked for a price match online and didn't hear back but when I contacted them again they couldn't have been mloe helpful. They arranged next day delivery for less than £4. The extended warranty on the laptops seems to cover nearly everything and they have a 7 day repair turnaround(other companies say up to 5 weeks) and technical advice so is worth having. I think they are good. You might pay a bit less at an internet only competitor but the warranty is extremely unlikely to be as good.
