I purchased a Fujifilm camera on Friday 13th Oct pm at the Arnold branch, when i got home I checked the item and found that the item was (I assume) a returned camera, as it was in a torn plastic bag, there were scratches to the front lens,the back screen (No protective cover attached) and the front body, the battery was also inserted into the Camera, which it should not have been.
I returned the camera the next morning as soon as they opened, although the assistant changed the camera i was made to feel as if it was my fault the camera was not new, very abrupt, rude and not a single apology or thank you for your custom and to top this another customer came in next to me with another item, and when a second customer service agent ask the problem, the customer said he would like a new item that he had paid for, not a second hand returns item, not a very good advert.
The customer service staff are certainly in need of additional training, i will not be using Currys again, i will choose to spend my money elsewhere, if i could have given them a quarter star i would have.
