ive recently purchased a new dryer from currys, the in store service was exceptional, however the know how experience which lead up to this purchase, as my old aplience broke and was under know how policy. The service of knowhow was absolutely horrendous. Every excuse under the sun, put on hold, put through to there subcontract company without being informed. Even after my appliance as wrote off after four callouts and major work being carried out, with original problem not being resolved they didn't want to give me my code for new appliance, with every excuse and distraction under the sun. Three phone calls later I finually got it. What a drama, the total opposite to what I signed up for and paid for. If it wasn't for such a good shop service I wouldn't be giving any stars at all.
