I have recently bought a faulty oven from Currys and reported it to Rebbecca at store Scarborough 2301. She was on the Know How desk. Rebbecca was extremely helpful and professional and contacted me to let me know that Currys would replace this oven and also install it for me. This was done in a timely, quick and efficient manner and I found Rebecca to be very knowledgeable and professional. As a result of this excellent customer service I will be confident to continue shopping at Currys. Thank you Rebbecca.
