Ordered a product online but the product delivered was different from what was ordered. I e-mailed customer services and got the standard auto response - "someone will contact you asap". 4 days and 5 phone calls (from me to them) later and nothing. They won't answer the phone and don't respond on Facebook. Clearly a business that doesn't value repeat purchases and as such I shan't ever shop there again.
