my tablet was broken, so I wanted to return it to the store in DURHAM where it was purchased. Unfortunately, the genius - CURRYS technician said that the tablet is damaged and will not accept it for repair, even though it was on the standard warranty. He said I can fix it at the third party repair shop.
I sent the ACER tablet to THE ACER service, after a few days they sent me a repaired tablet with a new motherboard.
Thanks to CURRYS idiots I know now that I will never buy there. They will end up like COMET.
I recommend ACER - great service.
