We had ordered a new washing machine including collection of old machine and installation. The Know How team doing the delivery removed the old washing machine and in the process emptied residual water onto the carpet in the lounge. The Know How team were extremely belligerent and refused to pay any form of compensation saying it was our fault!
Since having such a bad experience with Currys I have used AO and have been very happy with the service.
