What went wrong was ordering in the first place, I had no idea the customer service was so atrocious. un-activated internet security was sent out, I've now wasted my money on four pointless phone calls and achieved nothing, I wrote two pointless e-mails, one had no reply, the second had a pointless reply suggesting that I perhaps could resolve my problem at the store, which for me is a 50 mile round trip! Anyway what's the point of selling online if you then have to go to the store?
This company took my money and gave me nothing, thanks Currys what a gem you are obviously staffed or understaffed by brain dead people.
I understand that sometimes things go wrong or don't work, but also any decent company would quickly send a replacement, well Currys don't fall into that category apparently and I'm still waiting and rather disgusted!
