They arrived on time.
However, the 2 delivery men were so rude. The one (who did almost all the work) couldn’t speak English so ignored any questions I asked him. Getting the plug out from the back of the kitchen cupboards seemed difficult, then he said he could get the new plug in. Just grunted and shrugged. The other guy was outside in the van. Sorry - but I do think that that is part of their job. The cord was the same length as the old one, so there is no reason it not to reach - with a bit of ingenuity and effort. Said the only way was with an extension lead. I did express my concern at using an extension lead with such a powerful appliance. English guy said it was fine. They just wanted to get out. Very short and abrupt with me and everything seemed problematic. Poor service not really worth an extra £45.
