Ordered a 4k Sony blu ray player, they couldn't deliver the item or give me an estimate on when they could get it to me and refused to give me a refund or allow me to change to another item in store onthe day. They said I could have a a gift voucher to come through the post. I order the item in store and Not online. Very little help from the gloucester store or with customer services. Will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!!!
