The delivery date was cancelled twice after waiting in all day
When we finally received the item it was not unpacked by the delivery men and when we unpacked it there was a huge dent in the front of the washing machine. Hence another two weeks wait numerous phone calls with a very long cue and a big amount on my phone bill
It was an awful customer service experience
