I purchased a new LG smart tv which pixelated on BBC (all) 1st call to LG successful but 2nd was a dead loss. I called Curry’s help line to say the TV was no good to me as I was unable to watch BBC. The young man took me through resetting TV and so far so good. He was patient and talked me through
