I purchased a laptop that failed to work at all since date of purchase.
Having also purchased the additional insurance cover, I returned the laptop to store on multiple occasions (motherboard replaced etc etc) and it still doesn't work.
I returned the laptop again last week and I'm now being asked to pay for an SSD as the original hard drive renders the machine useless. So far I have spent over £730 on a £259 computer that i have NEVER used and they have a cheek to ask for more money for an SSD.
I have also been informed that the computer doesn't work unless it's plugged in because the battery won't charge because it has Ironically NEVER been used!!!!!!
Disgusting service!!
..... ..(however I wish to add that Adam from the Oldham store, has been the only member of staff who has genuinely tried to assist and I understand he is governed by poor company policy)
