I scheduled delivery next day, and I paid 10£ for it. Of course it didn't come, and when I called customer service, they couldn't reschedule, couldn't direct to a pick up point, couldn't do anything. I demanded refund, but they said only when the product returns. Apart from apologies and "I can't", they didn't do anything.
In fact they lied and got over with it.
