Bought a brand new laptop £850 and opened box and took it out of packaging and The screen fell out of the housing clips . Faulty Manufacturing .HP LAPTOP. Took it back to CURRYS and it took them THREE MONTHS AND 126 EMAILS ON ONLINE REVIEWS SITES ,, REVIEW, TRUSTPILOT ,TWITTER , ,AND A IDIOT TEAM CALLED KNOWHOW KNOWNOTHING ,TO RESOLVE the broken brand new laptop. I got it for CHRISTMAS for my self.
DREADFUL EXPERIENCE PUT ME IN HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF THIS ADDED STRESS.
