Outcome /facts • TV collected for repair for technical fault , repair returned , however TV damaged from drop in transit leaving cracked screen and bent frame surround + screen was covered in scratches and stains , not new parts . • Team know how refused to replace even though they damaged the TV and insisted that they repair covered in terms and conditions. No terms covered the eventuality that Currys/PC world had damaged customers goods in transit so default terms would be to repair.
