Worst experience with repairs of TV. After buying TVs from multiple retailers I must say currys are the most unorganised and unreasonable to deal with.
TV had software issues so reported to currys who collected the TV but then later on said they will not repair it due to the fact a fly had flown into the screen. I agreed that the fly could not be removed but they said this is what caused software issue which is absolutely ridiculous.
For an hour I was passed from representative with no one helping me only getting a condescending tone from the adviser who would not assist me.
After being a loyal customer to curry for my appliances it is safe to say I will take my custom elsewhere
