Had a fridge freezer delivered and after looking at the complexity of reversing the door opted to get their engineer/delivery chap to do it. This is after the arguement that the small wine cooler he started unpacking wasn't mine although he kept telling me it was- turns out that was his next delivery! Drivers mate bashed it round against a few garden chairs on his way out- not sur ehe has a licence for the trolley truck.
So after a day or so, noticed the gap between the doors wasn't level (out by 5mm) so called customer service ready for a fuss after reading online complaints and experiences. Rather bewildered when the lovely Katie arranged an engineer to visit with no question and after a bit of a nightmare delivery it was nice to actually be spoken to and treated like a valued customer.
We're human, we make mistakes, maybe KnowHow more than others, but it's how they deal with it that shows- and they've come through this time.
