I was very impressed by the customer service when my son recently bought me a tumble dryer the day after I’d ordered the same one myself after mine broke down.
I was going into hospital for an op so wanted to order before I went in not knowing my son had planned to get me one as a surprise. Curry’s quickly & efficiently cancelled my order and refunded me within days!
