I purchased an LG 49uh850v in 2016, it developed a hdmi port fault. Fortunately it has a 5 year warranty. Team know how picked it up 2nd August and returned it 10th August, replaced main board but now the remote doesn't work. Checked the sensor and its hanging on with one clip.. So now having to phone again, to repair again because its worse than before... Excellent service team know nothing
