Rang Team Knowhow twice to report the problem explaining that the compressor had stopped working. When the engineer arrived he did not have the parts to fix the fridge and had to make another appointment, this time ordering a new compressor.
I have taken a days annual leave for them to fix the fridge and still it is not fixed. I will have to take another days leave for them to fit the new compressor, very frustrating as I told them what the issue was before the first engineer called!
