Spent over THREE hours trying to get a brand new fridge freezer that didn't work from day one uplifted & replaced. They have the cheek to say that the average wait time could exceed "5 minutes or more" !
I will NEVER buy anything from them again, I'm disgusted that they don't give a damn about their customers
