Don’t even sign up with them. I have been paid money to them last 3 years.
My washing machine is broke and I rang them up to book repair. They said it will take 5 days. I have waited 5 days. No one turned up I rang them to find out and just been told never been booked at first place. I have 3 kids all going to school. Paid them about £400 last 3 years for nothing. If you don’t wanna waste your money don’t even go near them. This is rubbish. Useless. They don’t even know what they do.
