Bought a battery powered hoover for nearly 200 pounds - it broke after 3 days - took it back to Currys crown point Leeds - they didn't want to know - they told us to ring the hoover manufacturer - the shop then wouldn't help us any further and told us to leave the store when I got angry with them!!!!
Worst customer service I have ever seen....
