Absolutely abysmal service
Ordered a cooker on the 23rd of September which couldn’t be delivered until the 4th of October. It arrived on the 4th of October with nobody able to fit it a service that was promised and paid for . Today is the 11th of October and the third time that they have failed to meet an installation program that have been booked in advance in each occasion
I am currently awaiting a call from the customer relations department but my advice is stay clear of Currys know how at all costs they really don’t care and the trouble and additional costs that they have caused is utterly unacceptable in this day and age . Be warned .
