What price promise?? Can’t even match their own price.
Customer services had to be chased. Denying phone calls which were admitted in previous conversations. Waited until black Friday and cyber Monday offers had finished and then responded with generic e-mail. Complete mess from start to finish. Decided to cancel order as it was too stressful to get an answer from them. Would never buy anything from them again and have advised family and friends to stay away as well.
