Yesterday, I bought a new tumble dryer for my wife at the Rhyl branch.. & whilst we were there, I decided to purchase a bit fit type watch as a late Xmas present for my wife, as she always wanted one.
Today, after lots of attempts- it would not pair up with her Samsung phone, via Bluetooth.
Therefore we taken it back today, so in the hope that a helpful member of staff could possibly see what the problem was.
Instead, we were met by a member of staff, who's 'couldn't care less' attitude has put me off ever purchasing from any Curry's branch ever again.
He did offer to try and help.. But saying 'it will cost you £20'
As I was in retail for many years, I was absolutely seething at his so called Customer care..
Instead, I replied- 'Then if money is your way of looking after your customers, then I will have a refund, & & find a retail outlet that will show proper customer care'
A refund was given, and I was so riled up I also wanted to get a refund on the tumble drier too.. Only stopped by the fact that I didn't want to disappoint my wife.
To say that I am discusted by this member who wore a ridiculous 'business assistant' badge, is an understatement- & I swear, I'll NEVER use Curry's ever again, until their 'customer care' - or should I say, LACK OF IT vastly improves.
