1st delivery of washing machine the Currys Team KnowHow did not know how to set the washing machine up and advised I needed a plumber.
2nd delivery the Currys Team Knowhow staff arrived but told me the washing machine had not been packed in their van. They also said it was broken.
Helpline useless and supervisors are uncontactable as they hide behind their front line staff.
Depot meant to call me back and did not. Helpline cannot call customers back .
Now looking at John Lewis instead.
