Worst experience ever buying an appliance. Tumble dryer delivered and immediately faulty. Trying to ring helpline, automated system with endless questions chucks you out at the end! Called again giving different incorrect answers to automated system to try and speak to somebody, after over 1/2 hour of answering to the automated system and waiting in line speaking to somebody, who takes ALL my details, then transfers me, again I wait in line to then be asked exactly the same questions. An engineer visit gets arranged, I wait in all day, nobody turns up. I again ring helpline go through the same problems and waiting time, then speak to somebody, who immediately transfers me to Hoover, who have nothing to do with it and can’t help me. Again go through helpline with all the wait to get transferred again, this time to right person, who rearranges engineer visit.
The line gets charged at 5p per minute and I must have spent at least 2 hours of my very valuable time on it!
Let’s see, if engineer will turn up this time round.
I will never ever buy anything with Curry’s again!
