Went into the Cambridge store to buy a Undercounter fridge and got very little help - In fact the information we were given was wrong.. Went on line and told the door fixing which the store said was included was not. The only way we could have the fitting was if we had it installed by Currys.
Went home and bought from AO on line.
This is not the first time we have walked out because of poor service and lack of product knowledge.
How you stay in business is beyond me.
