Terrible service.
The management is good for nothing. Business continuity not managed properly during this difficult time of covid-19. I wont be surprised if this company goes into administration soon.
Bought a fridge and was not told by anyone until the day of delivery that they will not deliver it inside my home. Calling them to cancel the order was a mission. Over 4 hours wait, only to speak to a rude customer service agent called Shirley.
