Was told we would Get text on a delivery of Microwave at 11-00AM. No text received , You cant contact them Have been waiting on Phone for 4 and a Half Hours trying to Get through. Got through after 2 and Half Hours only to be told I was Through to Wrong dept. and he would put me through , 2 Hours Later Still not Through.The DPD tracking says it Tried to Deliver and no one available what a Load of Rubbish as here Since 8-30 this Morning and not supposed to deliver till after 11am
Customer Service is Rubbish and I appreciate it is difficult times but this is not acceptable way to run a business
