Still waiting for a repaired laptop 9 days after it has been fixed.
Message to call regarding delivery - called for 5 15 minutes last Friday before I got an answer told it would be delivered - now a week later still no delivery still no idea when it will come and have waited another 2 hours 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone. The people answering the phone are doing their best but the person in charge of customer service and the CEO should resign - taking CoronaVirus into account this is bad service
