Absolutely awful, booked a freezer repair, checks where done but no report was filled in to deliver a new freezer as the old one is damaged. Called three times now and all I hear is, ‘the report hasn’t been filled, we will call the engineer and call you back’. Absolutely unbelievable, at least give me time scales.
