do not buy from these during this crisis if the goods are faulty or unwanted you cannot get through to them to arrange a return, even when you do they say the dpd website has crashed so that are unable to arrange a collection. totally disreputable practice. the only way to arrange a return is by phone and it took me over an hour then to be told dpd website had crashed. i tried the website booking in a collection and it was fine. what they didn't know is our company use dpd so we were able to use the website without any issue at all. just a ploy to stop you returning products. typical of currys.
