Absolutely shambolic wait times. Being told that their team know I'm waiting - do they know I've been waiting over an hour? If so, they're missing the point of customer service...
Be sure to know Curry's I will not be returning as a customer anytime soon. Also, final bit of feedback, CHANGE THE BLOODY RECORD ON THE PHONE! This would make the unbearable wait times a little less boring.
