Should be able to give Zero stars.
Been trying to do a return ALL DAY.
They have closed on-line chat. They have removed email address. They have no on-line returns facility. You have to ring.
2 hours+ on hold, then they hang up on you!! One person I did manage to speak to seemed to just be having a laugh at my expense.... Abysmal service, will never use Currys again, hope they go bust. Oh, but sales line is still open if you want to get yourself caught in this trap
