My parents are both elderly and not in the best of health and currently self isolating. They moved just before the lockdown and bought all of their kitchen appliances and TV from Currys.
The TV has never worked properly. It switches on whenever it likes and goes to full volume. After my dad spending 2 hours on hold to get through to customer services he was advised to reset and basically fobbed off. It still doesn't work and they have now been told that it will be collected in 7-10 days and they will then need to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund. The customer service is appalling
