The worse customerservice you are ever likely to come across, All of their competitors should be very happy as I can't see how anybody would consider using Currys even if they were giving 50% discounts and vouchers to the Caribbean.
I grew a beard in the time it took them to take my call and then watched all of my hair fall out as I was on hold... 3 Hours in total to be told we can't resolve your issue, perhaps you should talk to your bank. This was regarding an order that was cancelled in error by their call centre rep and they then told me my £400 refund had been declined??? How can you take money and then decline to refund it you thieves... Still tryi g to get any response after 10 days.
