Ordered hp 301 ink cartridges. Arrived ok, but wrong product (304)arrived. Could have been my fault clicking on wrong number when listed. I am now on day 4 and numerous unanswered or unintelligible reception on the phone attempting to return and obtain refund.
My first experience with Currys online and my last.
As a loyal Amazon customer I now know why, seamless service and returns if required.
Re covid19 lockdown and store closed, I have now given up and as 71year old retiree, it looks like I will have to take the £25 hit if I cannot return product.
If I was CEO of Currys and phoned in this phone service, I would either make drastic changes or resign.
