Duplicated an order in error on 10th April due to the Curry's website not working properly. Sent one of the duplicated items straight back and they acknowledged receipt soon after but they haven’t refunded me my money. Customer service line now not operating and they don’t answer phone. Nearly a month later and Curry’s have pretty much stolen £159 of my money. Don’t use them. Shop local. I have already taken this further
But want to warn others of how terrible this company is when something goes wrong. Awful company.
