After being on the phone over 1 hour and trying to get an answer of my delivery (40 inch sharp tv) i get told that I have to wait for 7 to 14 days while the delivery company holds an investigation before they can give me a solution of re delivery or refund. so within that time I have to wait and being the consumer I;m being penalized on a company (DPD) who did not deliver and cannot find the package a "40 inch tv" on their vans I have to wait while they hold their investigations, I asked to speak to a manager and in between the request he hanged up the phone.
2nd phone call and waited for over 2 hours before I got an answer where I then requested to speak to a manager without explaining the previous issue while he was looking up the line went quiet and boom hanged up,
3rd call I been on the phone from 4pm trying to get through to a manager and the call keeps dropping every 40 minutes.
till this point I have not had a solution nor been able to speak to the management team in the curry's to offer me a solution and all I'm looking for now is to get my refund which is turning out as impossible.
